Staff were pleasant and location was great. We stayed in the standard queen room, easy walk to west kensington metro station, just 10 minutes on foot.
-
The hotel is pleasant. Room was small but sufficient and clean and quiet. Breakfast was fine for me, the staff was nice and helpful. The location is excellent, 2 minutes from Earl Court's tube (easy to reach any place in the city and on the line to Heathrow).
I'd be happier if I had internet in the room. As it is now, I had to go downstairs for internet, which is much less convenient (also, it didn't always work). Bed not very comfortable, but I was too tired to care, so it's not a major complaint. Take into account the room is very small (I stayed in single).
-
Hotel and room was clean. Fresh towels provided each day. 24 hour reception with staff who could answer any queries and able to provide information.
Breakfast was continental buffet. Thought the choice was poor especially as there was no choice of bread/rolls only very lightly toasted bread with no option for brown bread.
-
The location and the balcony.
Very disappointed that there was no tea or coffee making facilities in the room.
-
It was adequate for our one night stay, breakfast was minimal and could have expected better, staff very pleasant and helpfull.
General ambiance of the accommodation
-
Friendly staff. Excellent location 2mins from Earls Ct tube. I got exactly the type of room which I requested. 24 hour lobby. Didn't get ripped off.
The hotel is budget and shows in some places. Do not go thinking the nightclub will be open. But I expected this when I booked.
-
Clean.
Could have breakfast to 10 a.m.
-
Great location v close to Earls Court station and pubs and restaurants. Room was basic but comfortable. Good value for £75
Balcony doors did not seem very secure.
-
Friendly staff, located near to Earls Court Centre and tube station
Bed needed attention (stubbed toe on side stuck out) Noise from the street kept me awake all hours of the night into the early hours Stairs dangerous as no natural lighting, lamps placed but bulbs missing. Staying with person with learning difficulties and slight mobility problems would not have been able to evacuate easily. No drinks facility in room.
-
Friendly staff and an excellent location
Noise from the room above, shower not working properly.
-
The location is excellent,100 yards from earls court tube station, good choice of restaurants and pubs. Within walking distance of some good museums. All round a good hotel for a city trip and at a good price consedering location
-
The location was excellent for Earls Court Arena which is 2 minutes walk away and access to Earls Court Tube is just around the corner. The staff where excellent and very pleasant.
The price. For what I paid I expected better conditions for a deluxe room. The curtains where hanging away from the rail and one of them didn't even cover the window, so it allowed too much light into the room and very little privacy on an evening. If improvements where made this could be a really nice hotel, but sadly as I have found with a lot of hotels in London, because most of the business comes from tourism, conditions in a lot of hotels are poor and considering we have the Olymics next year a lot of people are in for a massive shock as I have already noticed prices are rising by over 10% for next year.

Very friendly and helpful staff.
There wasn't tee making facility and the wifi sign was ultra low...
